Privacy policy

Last updated: 3 October 2026

Scoutora is a product of the Learn with Tarek studio, run by Tarek Temimi. This policy covers the Scoutora Chrome extension, the Scoutora application (each client has its own private instance) and this website. Questions: tarek.temimi@gmail.com.

What the extension reads

The extension works only on linkedin.com, in your own browser, while you use LinkedIn. It reads the posts shown on your screen: post text, author name, headline, profile link and post link.

What the application stores

Each client's application has its own database. It holds the prospects you add or import, the posts you choose to keep, the steps of your sequence (invitations, messages, replies), your notes and reminders. If you connect your LinkedIn account through Unipile (optional), Unipile is used to send invitations and messages and to read replies.

What this website collects

The audit request form collects your name, email, company, website, LinkedIn profile, main market, a description of what you sell and, if you give it, your WhatsApp number. We use it only to contact you about your audit. A one-way fingerprint of your IP address is kept to block spam.

How we use data

How long we keep it

Application data is kept for as long as your audit, pilot or subscription runs, then deleted within 30 days of its end, or earlier on request. Audit requests that lead to nothing are deleted after 12 months.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time by writing to tarek.temimi@gmail.com. If you are the author of a public LinkedIn post that was analysed by a Scoutora user, you can also ask for it to be removed.

Security

All traffic is encrypted (HTTPS). Each client has a separate instance and database. Extension keys are stored only as a one-way fingerprint on the server.

Chrome Web Store

The use of information received through the Scoutora extension complies with the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version is published on this page with its date.
